SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, families, and caregivers, addressing a variety of common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning. Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services and assessments to individuals and families.
• Address common challenges including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
• Provide counseling related to death and dying, family relationships, and other related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
