SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join the LifeBridge Health team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a member of our Allied Health department, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing a variety of challenges including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Address common issues related to patient and family adjustment, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
• Deliver counseling related to death and dying, aging, and medical procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• 1-3 years of social work experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Strong knowledge of clinical social work theory and practice.
