SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker PRN to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As part of our Allied Health team, you will provide clinical social work services to patients/residents and families, addressing a range of common issues related to healthcare, aging, and end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling for patients and families.
• Address adjustment difficulties, financial concerns, and family relationships.
• Assist with discharge planning and end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
