Position: Senior Merchandise Handler

Primary Objective & Scope of Position: This role involves efficiently managing merchandise through various warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, movement, and distribution of products. Additionally, providing guidance and training to other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct merchandise movement activities to optimize space efficiency.
• Transport products to and from different areas within the warehouse.
• Use the point of sale (POS) system to track inventory.
• Ensure accuracy in processing customer orders and maintaining system records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise by inspecting, tagging, and preparing for delivery or storage.
• Provide training to fellow employees and lead by example.
• Deliver excellent customer service by professionally communicating with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Basic math skills. Knowledge of tools, hardware components, and product assembly. Valid driver's license. Basic computer knowledge. POS experience is a plus.
