Job Description
AmplifyBio, LLC is seeking a Senior/Project Manager to join our team. We are a leading contract research organization specializing in discovery stage R&D, preclinical studies, and manufacturing services for advanced therapies. This role involves working closely with multiple teams to manage internal and client projects focusing on discovery, development, and manufacturing of advanced therapies.
Responsibilities
- Provide project management expertise for new technology assessment, capability development, and therapeutic discovery.
- Manage multiple projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Drive collaboration across functions to establish comprehensive timelines and resources.
- Facilitate team meetings and maintain project tools for tracking progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients to integrate timelines and deliverables.
Experience Required
- Degree in a relevant field with years of experience in project management.
- High-level planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build partnerships, solve problems, and communicate complex ideas.
- Experience in advanced therapies or oncology research is a plus.
