Job Description
Join the Texas Roadhouse family as a talented Service Manager! In this role, you will oversee all Front of House operations, ensuring that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered to our guests. As a Service Manager, you will lead and manage all Front of House employees to provide an exceptional guest experience every day.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
- Enforce compliance with all employment policies, ensure restaurant cleanliness, and prioritize guest safety.
- Provide Front of House training and manage employee performance through coaching and evaluations.
- Control liquor orders, costs, and enforce Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
- Develop Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees through feedback and support.
- Recruit, interview, and hire Front of House employees.
- Set schedules, assign tasks, and create a fun, safe environment for the team.
- Implement safety food handling procedures and uphold operational goals.
