Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Trailer Mechanic/Technician B to join Southeastern Freight Lines, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining trailers and related equipment used in the transportation of freight. Your work will ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on various trailers.
- Troubleshoot and analyze failures in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks and perform system rebuilds when necessary.
- Track work progress to meet service schedules and customer commitments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug/alcohol tests.
- Preferably possess Welding, Fabrication, and Construction experience.
Compensation
Pay Range: $26.98-$33.98 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Shift: Second Shift
