Job Description
Slumberland Furniture is currently seeking Warehouse Workers with Forklift Operations experience to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in the movement, storage, and distribution of merchandise. Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and rearrange merchandise to optimize space utilization.
- Handle inbound and outbound merchandise, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Utilize point of sale (POS) systems to manage inventory flow.
- Provide training to new employees and lead by example in daily tasks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure safety compliance by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of tools and hardware components.
- Valid driver's license and forklift operation experience preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems are a plus.
