Child Care Team Lead

Job Description

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team dedicated to the care and safety of children visiting the facility. The role includes ensuring a welcoming and safe environment in KidCare, organizing fun and entertaining programs for mini-members, and maintaining a sparkling clean and well-maintained space.

Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities:

• Forecast and manage staffing needs for Child Care Attendants (CCA).
• Ensure adherence to KidCare standards and execute fun and entertaining programming.
• Manage operating costs and ensure the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of KidCare equipment.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with core values and drive accountability.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support for the team's development and engagement.
