We are looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our team at InstallNET. As a key part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with service providers and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, developing effective relationships, generating reports, and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to clients, providers, and colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service providers and internal teams.
  • Generate reports and compile data to provide insights and improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues faced by providers and customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Excel, and ERP databases.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
