R&D Engineer

Job Description

Eckert & Ziegler Isotope Products is seeking an R&D Engineer to join our team in Valencia, CA. As an intermediate level position, you will be responsible for new product development and engineering support activities. Your duties will include designing and developing new products and processes, creating 3D models using SolidWorks, coordinating with third parties, supporting design transfer to manufacturing, and ensuring product compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• MS degree in a scientific field or BS degree with 2-5 years of experience (PhD considered).
• Knowledge in nuclear science and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage long-term projects independently.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; SolidWorks experience is a plus.
