Community Relations Director

Job Description

Purpose: Sales | Marketing | CRD

Manage all marketing functions internally and externally to maintain a positive community reputation among referral sources and potential customers, aiming to meet or exceed occupancy goals.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Sales | Marketing | CRD

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Prior marketing experience in a senior housing setting preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and/or sales & marketing software.
• In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Essential Functions: Sales | Marketing | CRD

Marketing

• Conduct competitive analysis and develop quarterly marketing plans.
• Organize community outreach programs and manage advertising.

Sales Management

• Achieve or exceed census goals and maintain accurate records of inquiries and tours.
• Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to move-ins.

Leadership/Management

• Provide training on customer service and conduct tours.
• Maintain department budget and assist in management duties.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position requiring occasional evenings, weekends, and local travel for marketing events.
