Job Description
We are looking for a talented Critical Infrastructure Engineer III to join Flexential, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our data centers. As a high-level resource with advanced technical knowledge, you will be responsible for maintaining mission-critical uptime of 99.999% or higher and actively contributing to operational improvements company-wide. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from equipment maintenance and vendor management to training team members and driving operational excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- 24x7 facility on-call responsibility.
- Monitor and maintain all mission-critical equipment for 24x7 data center operations.
- Lead disaster recovery exercises and commissioning efforts across multiple markets.
- Develop and implement change windows in line with company policies.
- Prepare Method of Procedures (MOP) & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of data center experience.
- Experience in root cause analysis, building automation, and critical infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems in data center operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical or mechanical certifications.
- 8+ years of data center experience with a focus on building and equipment operation.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, walk or stand for 50% of the time.
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.

This position offers a base pay range of ($42.64- $53.27), dependent on experience and qualifications.
