In this role, you will manage client projects, implement account plan activities, and represent the company's operations capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a project management approach to work, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. You will play a crucial role in optimizing processes for productivity, growth, and development.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, resolving issues and responding to inquiries.
  • Write job tickets with detailed specifications and requirements for the production team.
  • Monitor the production process, attend meetings, and proactively seek solutions.
  • Complete monthly billing for managed jobs.
  • Champion new technologies and improved processes to implement best practices.
  • Utilize computer/email systems, Microsoft suite, and learn new applications/platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a print, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Marketing, Communications, or Business degree preferred.
