Job Description

Kennie's Market's Inc is looking for a dedicated Dairy and Frozen Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Dairy and Frozen department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product levels, ensuring top-quality products, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit goals for the department.
• Maintain control of expenses, inventory, and waste.
• Ensure correct accounting procedures are followed.
• Order and price products appropriately.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Supervise stocking, display, and rotation of products for customer appeal.
• Collaborate with Store Managers on merchandising, planning, and sales trends.
• Ensure department cleanliness and employee adherence to company policies.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Participate in inter-department and store-wide sales promotions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and mathematical skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-10 employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
