Job Title: Data Center Operations Technician I

We are looking for a dedicated Data Center Operations Technician I to join Flexential, a leading technology company. This role involves providing physical and Level II technical support to customers and resources, maintaining facility infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and following company policies and procedures in a 24x7x365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve Facility and customer issues promptly.
• Document technical problems using the ticketing system.
• Provide access for vendors and carriers.
• Support on-site and remote customers.
• Assist in installations and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain Data Center cleanliness and security.
• Collaborate with the Critical Infrastructure Manager.
• Ensure inventory levels and compliance with safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in IT support preferred.
• Certifications in networking and security are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable with heights and cold environments.
• Able to lift heavy objects and install cabling.

Hourly Pay Range

The estimated pay range for this role is $18.38 - $21.55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
