Job Description

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Learn store operations by shadowing a store manager, and preparing and presenting operational reports.
- Participate in customer walks and store tours to understand the Customer Satisfaction Pyramid.
- Assist with administrative tasks, hiring, inventory, store resets, and grand openings.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance store conditions and performance.
- Attend trainings and maintain professionalism.
Education and Experience
In pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
