Production Supervisor

Job Description

The Production Supervisor at Keurig Dr Pepper manages and coordinates the activities of production personnel engaged in packaging beverage products, providing leadership and direction on multiple high-speed production lines.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach production operators in executing daily/weekly production schedules for multiple packaging lines.
• Manage expenses budget and coordinate beverage packaging to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure all production paperwork is completed timely, analyze production records for improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement through teamwork and capability development, leading employee training and evaluation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working on a can line or beverage background preferred. Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
