Job Description

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Learn store operations by shadowing a store manager/manager trainee and preparing operational presentations.
- Participate in customer satisfaction activities, understand store policies, and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance store conditions and associate performance.
- Attend training sessions and maintain professionalism in all tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Develop positive relationships, teamwork, organization, and strong communication skills.
