Salary Range: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities
VASA Fitness is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Studio Lead to join our team. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience for our members, maximizing studio and group fitness usage. You will recruit and train top talent, analyze performance to achieve financial targets, deliver exceptional member experiences, and support ongoing instructor development.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze performance and drive studio and group fitness attendance to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure all equipment and technology is well-maintained and executed flawlessly to deliver a world-class member experience.
- Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and mentoring, and cultivate a culture that drives accountability and connection.
