Inpatient Rehab RN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Inpatient Rehab RN to join our team at ThedaCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide patient-centered care, contribute to the department's goals, and promote nursing excellence through innovation and professional development.

Unit Details

The Inpatient Rehab unit at our Neenah Hospital is a collaborative environment focused on providing high-quality care to patients with a variety of diagnoses. Our dedicated team works towards patient independence and progression of care.

Schedule

Rotating 12-hour shifts, every 3rd weekend required, and a rotating holiday schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR Associates Degree in Nursing with a commitment to obtain the BSN within five years.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS).

Physical Demands

• Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Exposure to blood borne pathogens.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Location
