Responsibilities

• Lead the team in sales generation and exceptional customer focus.
• Maintain store presentation through stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve business goals.
• Generate ideas for business growth and evolution.
• Create a positive work environment fostering diversity, inclusivity, and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, inspiring environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to support non-selling activities as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
