At VASA Fitness, we are seeking a Lead Child Care Specialist to join our passionate, fun, and united team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team who cares for and safeguards the well-being of the children of our members and guests during their visits to VASA. As a lead, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting and enjoyable experience for our mini-members, ensuring their safety and delivering fun and entertaining programs in the KidCare Center.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training, including forecasting upcoming staffing needs, scheduling and conducting interviews, and facilitating training for new Child Care Attendants.
• Uphold KidCare standards by ensuring everyone feels welcome, driving policy execution, managing operating costs, and executing fun and entertaining programming flawlessly.
• Ensure the safety of our mini-members by checking them in and out of KidCare, monitoring their well-being, and maintaining a clean and safe environment with well-maintained equipment.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, establish a culture that adheres to core values, and drive ongoing team member development through coaching and support.
