Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dialysis team. HSM has been providing high-quality patient care for over 35 years in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. As an LPN with HSM, you will be responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and specialized care to dialysis patients while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Act as a Team Lead when necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure high standards of care.
• Maintain a safe patient environment following safety policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and bedside manner.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
