Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. This position requires evaluating patients, administering medications, and supervising patient care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
