Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Rochester Manor is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening shifts. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients/residents while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by the state of practice.
