Job Description
Join our team at Genesis Healthcare as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Rochester Manor. We have full-time positions available for day, evening, and night shifts with competitive shift differentials. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
