Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

Rochester Manor is looking for per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. As an LPN, you will deliver efficient, effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe condition changes, and report findings.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and monitor patient care delivered by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state.
