Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Langdon Place of Exeter Assisted Living on a full-time basis for the night shift (11 pm - 7 am). As an LPN at our facility, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and ensure positive outcomes for our patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Assist with assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and oversee the care provided by non-licensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current LPN license or eligibility for licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
