Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, promote positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (if required).
