Job Description
Ridgewood is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a Per-Diem basis. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
