Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Rochester Manor. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Multiple full-time positions are available, with flexible shifts including days, evenings, and nights.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
