Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for various shifts at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional patient care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
