Job Description
Rochester Manor is looking for per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
