Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking to hire a per-diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Crestwood. Reporting to a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide efficient nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, gather data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by support staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
