Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join Central Vermont Medical Center's Primary Care team. As an Office LPN II, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, working closely with healthcare providers, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal patient care under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator and healthcare providers.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge and accessibility to patients.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure efficient operations.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Preferably BLS training certified.
• One to three years of hospital or office nursing experience.

Compensation

• $10,000 sign-on bonus structured over 2 years.
• $9,200 relocation assistance package available.
