Saalfield Shad Law Firm is looking to hire a Litigation Attorney to join its General Liability Team in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in litigation, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and be an active member of the Florida Bar.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases, conduct research, discovery, and factual investigations.
• Review medical records and create medical chronologies.
• Draft legal documents, including memoranda, pleadings, and case progress reports.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
