Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. This position involves a variety of tasks including repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance. The ideal candidate should have attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Salary
$24-$28/hr, Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Requirements
- Minimum two years of previous apartment maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more
- Pool maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and handle janitorial equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
