Job Description

We are looking for passionate new graduate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at HSHS St. John's Hospital. As part of our dedicated healthcare system, you will work under the guidance of experienced Registered Nurses to provide comprehensive care and support to patients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Execute the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide physical and emotional support to patients, families, and colleagues.
• Supervise and mentor assigned team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with eligibility for state licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare or service industry is a plus.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Physical Requirements

This role includes clinical duties that require physical stamina and the ability to assist with patient care activities.
