Manager, Enterprise Security

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Enterprise Security to oversee and maintain the safety and integrity of our sites, assets, and personnel. In this role, you will lead security initiatives, manage budgets, develop policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage security staff and contracts.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Manage security budgets and expenses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security officers.
• Design and implement new physical security systems.
• Collaborate on security assessments and risk management initiatives.
• Travel as required.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Technical expertise in low voltage systems and networking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and security technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project management experience in a multi-location environment.
• Experience with access control and video management systems.
• Certifications in IT hardware/software.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and lift weights.
• Some travel may be required.
