Job Description

Terrazzo & Marble Supply Company, a 100% Employee-Owned company, is looking for a Full-Time, Permanent Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative and general support to the marketing and sales department, and coordinate marketing and sales projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute requests/leads.
  • Coordinate marketing and sales projects.
  • Upload inventory photos on the website.
  • Complete price guide updates.
  • Coordinate printing needs.
  • Manage product labels, event invites, and printed materials.
  • Support marketing activities.
  • Ensure sales reps have necessary tools.
  • Prepare marketing material for sales reps/trade shows.
  • Support advertising, email, and public relations programs.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Maintain marketing calendar.
  • Create, maintain, and send CEU credit certificates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient in database software, Internet, spreadsheets, word processing, and Photoshop.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
