Job Description

At VASA Fitness, we are seeking a Member Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Member Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting and inclusive experience for our members and guests. This role includes greeting members in a friendly manner, creating personal connections, ensuring timely response to problems, organizing equipment, and maintaining a clean environment. The Member Experience Specialist also plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression of VASA Fitness, selling memberships, driving upgrades, and providing gym tours.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
  • Create personal connections with members and guests, anticipate their needs, and provide clear information and support.
  • Be familiar with membership plans, pricing, amenities, and class formats, and provide guided club tours and membership sales.
  • Seek ways to improve the member experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating with the team to implement ideas.
  • Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including guest and member check-in processes, daily cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.
