Job Description
At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a Member Experience Specialist to join our passionate and fun team. As a Member Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a fun and meaningful experience to our members and guests during every visit. This includes greeting members in a friendly manner, creating personal connections, addressing problems promptly, organizing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in the club. The MES team plays a key role in providing a great first impression of VASA Fitness, selling memberships, driving upgrades, and conducting tours for guests and members. We offer an uplifting experience for everyone and foster a supportive community through authentic connections within our culture.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with Guests and Members.
- Greet guests and members with a smile, eye contact, and a courteous tone.
- Anticipate guest and member needs, provide clear direction, accurate information, and support through technology.
- Be familiar with membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on options, and class formats.
- Provide club tours, sell memberships, help members upgrade, and facilitate personal training consultations and sign-ups.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the guest and member experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating with the team to implement ideas.
- Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including guest and member check-in processes, cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.
