Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure a safe patient care environment according to standards of practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with regulations and organization protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on needs.
- Collaborate with staff and physicians to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
