Job Description
We are seeking a Nursing Graduate to join the team at LifeBridge Health, located in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room department at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. This full-time position requires day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekend commitments.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to ensure high standards of practice.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
