Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekends. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, develop and implement care plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with medical standards and organization protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency for effective patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center provides a modern, well-equipped environment for emergency care, featuring technology and amenities for optimal patient treatment. The department includes private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and advanced diagnostic equipment such as a CT scanner.
