Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with both day and night shifts, including weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with all relevant protocols and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain clinical competency and a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire), PALS, Hazmat, and Emergency Nursing (preferred).
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
