NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and maintain a safe patient environment. If you are a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, hold a current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State, and have relevant nursing experience, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients based on their needs.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
• Create and revise care plans for patients as necessary.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
