Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join our dynamic team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room department, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with clinical standards and organization protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
