Job Description

We are hiring a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room requires day and night shifts with varying hours. The Staff Nurse will provide nursing care to patients, develop and implement care plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain clinical competency to ensure quality care delivery in a safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire), PALS, Hazmat, and Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Completion of orientation according to policy.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center provides state-of-the-art emergency care with private treatment rooms, advanced technology, and a focus on personalized patient care. The department includes negative pressure rooms for infectious diseases, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
